Ashley Morford-Haines has been a chef for over sixteen years. She spent four years training at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. She has cooked in Michigan, New York, Chicago, Berkeley, Rome, Ireland, South Korea, Joshua Tree and now Seattle. She has been a farmer, a private chef, a caterer, a line cook, a sous chef, and chef de cuisine, but most notably worked for several years at Chez Panisse. She is now the owner of Windward Adventures, an outdoor and backcountry dining service based in Seattle, WA. Her goal is to help her clients and students create special moments with the people they love.
