What is included in my Homemade membership?

Membership includes access to Homemade's incredible catalog of on-demand videos and recipes.

I am a terrible cook. Is Homemade still for me?

Homemade is totally for you! We welcome all skill levels, and love teaching newbies about kitchen basics and guiding principles for a lifetime of cooking. If you're a more experienced home cook, there’s always something to refine and new recipes to learn.

I have specific dietary needs. Will Homemade work for me?

Yes, this is why we started Homemade! Most of our recipes include swaps and/or substitutions and you can always email us with any specific questions you need answered!

My Account & Billing

How do I sign in?

You can sign in to your account by clicking on the following link -> https://cook.withhomemade.com/  then click Sign In

I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

You can reset your password by clicking on the Forgot password? option on the sign-in page 

How do I change my password?

Click on My Profile then Account,  then select Security. From there, go ahead and enter your current password and the password you'd like to change it to.

I am trying to sign in but it says my email does not exist. Why is that?

This could be a case where an error was made when signing up, or you signed up using a different email. Please reach out to support via email at homemade@streaming-subscription.com to have the team assist.

Help! I am getting an error message - Invalid Credentials when trying to sign in.

Please ensure that you are attempting to sign in via the correct website. Also, try resetting your password.

How do I change my Subscription Plan?

To change your subscription plan, navigate to My Profile, Account, select Billing, then click Change Plan.

How do I update my billing information?

To update your billing information, ensure that you are signed into your account, select My Profile, then Account, then Billing. Under the payment method section, click on Use Another Card.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you don’t want to continue with Homemade, you can cancel your membership at any time. To cancel your subscription, sign in to your account. Click on My Profile then Account. Click Change Plan, then Cancel Membership (gray button). Please note that there are no refunds for partially unused membership periods.
